Daniela is a graduate of the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law and holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Sciences from the same institution. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013 and has worked in the field of criminal business law since the beginning of her career. Throughout her professional experience, she has collaborated with nationally renowned law firms in this area.
Daniela assists and represents clients in criminal cases, especially concerning organized criminal groups, tax evasion, fraud involving European funds, money laundering, corruption, abuse of office, embezzlement, and deceit. Her expertise also includes consulting and prevention services in criminal matters, as well as legal assistance and representation in the procedure of the European arrest warrant.
