Alexandra is a graduate of the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law, holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Sciences, and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2020. She is distinguished by her passion for criminal business law, providing legal assistance in numerous complex cases, particularly concerning offenses of tax evasion, embezzlement, organized criminal groups, and forgery. Alexandra has also successfully engaged in cross-border judicial procedures involving European arrest warrants.
Her work is characterized by the construction of solid defenses, both in front of criminal investigation authorities and judicial courts.
Alexandra enjoys a thorough understanding of criminal prosecution tactics, identifying optimal defense strategies by anticipating the actions of opposing parties and the judiciary from the outset of a criminal accusation. Her experience so far demonstrates professionalism, loyalty, and dedication in the mandates entrusted to her, skills that result from successfully managing highly complex criminal cases.
