Bianca Medintu is a graduate of the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2022.
Over the past several years, she has developed substantial experience in criminal law, with a particular focus on white-collar crime and complex business crime matters. Bianca has been involved in the handling of some of the most significant and demanding white-collar criminal cases, assisting both individuals and companies in matters involving complex factual backgrounds, extensive evidence and sensitive legal and reputational considerations.
Her experience covers all stages of criminal proceedings, from the early phases of an investigation and the development of the defence strategy to representation before prosecutors and criminal courts. She is closely involved in analysing case files, preparing written submissions and procedural applications, assessing evidence and identifying the factual and legal issues that may prove decisive for the defence.
